The Friendly Swede® egg shaped hand exercise balls

Keep your forearms, fingers and hands strong with simple exercises. Our egg shaped design feels great in your hands and with the 3 different resistance levels included you are certain to find just the right firmness for your individual needs.

The exercise balls are made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR) and they will keep their original shape after being repeatedly compressed. They are easy to clean with a little dishwashing soap and lukewarm water.

Note - always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program for rehabilitation purposes.
