Please ensure that you request activation through us (seller), not to T-Mobile. The SIM card does not work before it is activated. 4G/LTE unlimited talk, text and web with new number included. You cannot choose your phone number nor area code. Please ensure that you have unlocked cell phone or T-Mobile authorized phone to enjoy our product. The SIM card only works on cell phones, it will not work on Mobile WiFi Hotspot (Pocket WiFi). This is a NO contract prepaid service. The SIM card comes with triple-cut regular, micro and nano size. Refer to the instruction included in the package for your activation request. We will activate the service for you within 24 hours. If you are with T-Mobile, you cannot keep your current number. Existing T-Mobile phone number cannot be transferred over to this item. This is a new activation only service, NOT a refill item for T-Mobile. Please note that the activation will occur on the requested first date of usage before 12:00 PM (PT).
