This product was added to the Amazon Catalog by Direct Connection Company using professionally taken photos of our Direct Connection Co. products. There have been numerous instances of other companies selling under our product listing when they do not actually have what is pictured. Instead, they actually have a much lesser quality version that is vastly different from what is pictured. Please note that there have been instances of this happening even when other companies are selling the product using "Fulfillment by Amazon" or "Prime". If you did not purchase this product from Direct Connection Company and you received a lower quality version, then you did NOT receive a Direct Connection Co. product. We ask that you do not leave a negative product review without explaining that you received a product different from the picture as well as including pictures of the item if at all possible.
