Have an eye on how put the capsule in the holder -The Hole Has To Be Align With The Puncturing Needle In The Machine, i mean, the hole has to be toward you

Few things to be aware using it:
1) When using 1st time try to find the point where needle goes in to the capsule. DO NOT FORCE CLOSE
Than just mark the point (position) with white marker for future use
2) Be careful - sometimes you might dispose the bottom mesh with the coffee - ALWAYS CHECK
3) Make sure the capsule is closed tightly the capsule

Tips:
1) If by mistake happens to make an extra hole (with the needle) on the cup just cover with scotch tape and you can still use the capsule
2) Use Espresso grind for best results with cream. Tried different amounts of coffee in the pod to brew you favorite taste, but do not exceed 3/4 cup
3)The reusable capsule fits tightly, sometimes maybe too tight, in fact is kind of difficult to take it out, the best way is pushing the bottom part with your finger and it will pop out, but careful it could be still hot.
