STEP 1 - CLEAN - Wipe the area with a damp cloth, and pat dry.

STEP 2 - RUB - Smear Medinumb over the area - Lightly rub in, but not to dissolve the cream entirely. Leave a thick layer of cream here.

STEP 3 - WRAP - Ensure the cream doesn t dry out - Top up if needed, and consider an occlusive wrap (plastic wrap) if desired.

STEP 4 - RELAX - Numbing will start in around 30 mins - Best results are found around 45-60 mins, even up to 90 mins for tattoos.

STEP 5 - WIPE - Wipe away all residue with a damp cloth - Now you re set!
