Hapad medial lateral heel wedges inserts are reversible for either medial and lateral wedging. These unique wedges heels insoles are highly recommended to relieve medial osteoarthritis of the knee. Longer length controls the hindfoot and forefoot from inversion (rolling out) or eversion (rolling in) which restores proper body balance. Simply slide 3/4 length medial lateral wedge insoles into your shoes to correct unwanted ankle twists in either direction. The orthopedic shoe wedges inserts come with easy to peel off back with adhesive to keep it secure at the best position in the shoe. The lateral shoe wedges are made of NEW 100% firmer wool felt which provides firm support, comfort and relief. They are also great additions for a little added cushion in the heel of your shoe.
