Luxurious, complete, solid-brass faucet set, precision manufactured by FREUER. Outstanding build-quality, finishing process, and appearance. This is a water-saving, DUAL-POWER (battery or plug-in) sensor faucet with automatic turn-on & shutoff. This can be used for residential or commercial applications, and will mount in any single hole or 4" spread sink with a center hole (deck plate is included). The faucet can be powered with either 4-AA batteries (not included) or plugged into a 110v outlet (US standard power cord is included). The control box and everything needed for use is included, except for the supply line to the wall. This faucet is as easy to install as any standard faucet, and complete instructions are included. Please note that sensor faucets do not have hot & cold handles, so they are usually installed with cold water only, or with an optional mixing valve, which mounts under the sink and connects to the hot and cold water source, and has a set control to proportion the hot & cold into one source for the faucet to use. Includes standard 1/2" FIP / IPS male thread fitting (supply line to wall not included). Sink drain sold separately.
