● The heart rate monitor can help ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your exercise program. You can increase the effectiveness of your exercise program by monitoring and quantifying your results every step of the way.

● MHR (Maximum heart rate) ---- It is important that you know your maximum heart rate training zone, upper heart rate limit and lower heart rate limit before you begin. They help you achieve the maximum health benefits out of your workout. MHR is expressed in beats per minute.

● CHRO (Using the chronograph) ---- Press Key-B twice to select CHRO mode, press the Key-D to start the stopwatch, press the Key-D to stop the stopwatch. Press Key-C to clear/rest the stopwatch. If time reach 59:59:59, then the stopwatch will stop.

Transmitter Belt Usage Method:
1. Attach transmitter belt to the elastic strap.
2. Adjust strap length so that the strap fits well, but not too tight.
3. For men, attach the belt just below the pectoral muscles.
4. For women, attach the belt just below the breast.
5. Lift the belt slightly form the skin and wet the rear surface of the conductive ribbed rubber pads with water or moisten the pads with saliva.
