How it WorksIn regards to connecting your universal adapter to optical devices, the IS-100 fits onto optical eyepieces with an outer housing diameter between 20mm-58mm (0.8 inch - 2.25 inch) and a depth of at least 14mm (0.6 inch). Your optical eyepiece can be straight or slightly tapered but please note that complex shaped eyepieces may not work. The IS-100 is compatible with 99% of smartphones in the marketplace and can be used with or without a case - see the compatibility chart under the product details section for more details.
Smart Features Ensure a Tight Fit on Most DevicesThe IS-100 features two point locking levers for phone alignment and also a releasable phone clamp that allows users to install and remove their phones quickly. Eyepieces held in the device are automatically centered, so only one initial phone alignment is needed, before you can quickly connect your phone to any optic. THE IS-100 IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH RIFLESCOPES AND PHABLETS. It will NOT fit Riflescopes and Phablets Like the Samsung Note I, II, III, IV, iPhone 6 Plus, Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 1520
