The Aiphone JK-1HD audio/video sub-master station for Aiphone JK Series extends the door-answering capabilities of the master station (sold separately) into multiple rooms or over a large area. An incoming call activates the display on the 3-1/2" LCD color monitor to aid visitor identification. The audio and video feed from the door station continues to transmit to the sub-master station for 45 seconds if the call is not answered. A call can be answered by either holding down the answering button for push-to-talk action or by tapping the button for hands-free communication with the caller. The video monitor controls allow panning, tilting, and zooming of the 170-degree camera on the JK Series door station (sold separately) to customize the view of the entrance.
The door-release button works with an electric strike (sold separately) to remotely unlock the entrance for the visitor. The call button initiates audio communication with the master station for remote communication. The monitor button can be pressed at any time to listen and receive video feed from the door station. Housing is ABS plastic. The chime and audio volume is adjustable.
